Meet Chris McKeown, FNP-BC, FNP-C — Owner and Provider at Quali-T Men’s Health
Chris McKeown, FNP-BC, FNP-C, is the owner and dedicated medical provider at Quali-T Men’s Health, proudly serving both Salem and Eugene, Oregon. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the medical field, Chris is passionate about helping men reclaim their health, confidence, and overall well-being.
One of the most impactful ways he supports his patients is through Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)—a proven, effective treatment that can significantly enhance energy levels, mood, libido, and quality of life. Frustrated by the limitations and red tape of the insurance-driven healthcare system, Chris founded Quali-T Men’s Health in February of 2022 to offer men a more personalized, honest, and direct approach to care.
At Quali-T Men’s Health, you’re never just a number. Chris takes the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Whether you’re a busy professional, a devoted partner, or an active father, he’s here to help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With clinics in Salem and Eugene, Quali-T Men’s Health is proud to be Oregon’s trusted local resource for expert TRT and comprehensive men’s health support. Chris is committed to building lasting relationships with his patients and guiding them toward happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

A Little Bit About Chris McKeown, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Chris McKeown’s journey into medicine began in 2014 when he graduated with honors and earned his Associate Degree in Nursing. His commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence led him to complete his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2016, again graduating with honors. He later earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020—also with honors. Chris is dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the AANP and ANCC, reflecting his dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Chris is the proud owner and medical provider at Quali-T Men’s Health, with locations in Salem and Eugene, Oregon. He is a highly driven healthcare professional who prioritizes safety, honesty, and personalized care in every patient interaction. He understands firsthand the challenges men face with low testosterone—because he’s experienced it himself. As someone currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), Chris brings a unique, empathetic perspective to his practice and truly understands the emotional, mental, and physical toll that low testosterone can take. He also was able to conceive while on TRT. Yes, it can happen with the correct guidance!
Too often, men are dismissed by their primary care providers when seeking help for symptoms of low testosterone. At Quali-T Men’s Health, you won’t be turned away because of a lab number. Chris looks at the whole person, taking the time to understand your symptoms, your goals, and your lifestyle. Every patient is treated with respect, dignity, and individualized care.
Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, a physician assistant, their beloved 150-pound South African Mastiff, Mina, and their 45-pound rescue Miley. Together, they love hiking and exploring Oregon’s beautiful outdoors. Originally from the Midwest, Chris is grateful to have traded Illinois winters for the natural beauty and lifestyle of Oregon—where he is raising his family. He’s also an avid hunter and finds peace and joy in spending time in nature.
