Our membership is just $235 a month, and it covers everything you need to feel your best—stress-free and hassle-free. With our all-inclusive, cash-pay (or credit card) plan, you’ll get everything included for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy: medications, supplies, lab work, follow-up appointments with your provider, and more. You’ll even get our owner and Nurse Practitioner Chris’ cell phone number for direct communication! We’ve designed it to make your experience as easy as possible with automatic monthly payments. (Note: Supplements and special meds like Tadalafil are available in our clinics for an additional cost if needed.)

First Year:

Free Initial Consultation! ($300-400 value!) No cost, no strings attached, and no BS.
Initial Comprehensive Labs – One time $225 (Insurance may help cover these) OR $100 for minimal labs
Monthly subscription of $235
Follow up labs are included in the subscription price. Labs happen at 8 weeks, then every 3 months, then every 6 months once things are stable.

Second Year Onward:

Monthly subscription of $235
Follow up labs and visits included in subscription every 3-6 months.
